Creator disclosure: Empire Publishing Tools is our product portfolio. This guide introduces our WP Content Visibility Review plugin.
Before moving content between WordPress sites, record the publication settings you intend to preserve. Keep three questions separate: what the current post status and type indicate, whether a password is configured, and what a visitor can actually access. The first two are settings. The third requires its own authorized access checks.
WP Content Visibility Review collects those settings in a read-only inventory. After activating your Pro license, open Tools > Content Visibility Review. Review twenty eligible posts or pages at a time, then use Next records to continue by content ID. The report lists numeric IDs, post statuses, core viewability and password presence.
Passwords, titles and content are omitted from the report. Access requires administrator manage_options permission and permission to edit each record; restricted records are withheld. Numeric IDs remain internal information and should stay within your administrative workflow.

WordPress's core viewability result combines its current post status and post-type rules. It is distinct from password presence. Neither flag establishes that a cache, membership plugin, theme, feed, REST endpoint or server rule behaves as intended. This product does not test those delivery paths, certify security or determine whether a search engine has indexed a page.
Counts describe the current page, not the whole site, and records can change between requests. Trash, auto-drafts, attachments and other content types are outside the inventory. Use the report to organize a separate review of settings and visitor behavior, never as evidence that private material cannot be reached.
The plugin changes no publication, password or content settings. Pro costs $19 USD per year for one website, plus applicable tax, with a conditional 14-day refund policy. WordPress 6.2+ and PHP 8.0+ are required. Freemius handles licensing, updates and downloads separately.
