You can add, edit and delete up to 50 plain-text notes and choose one of three color labels. Revision checks reject stale edits so an older tab does not silently replace a newer saved collection.
This is interface-level privacy, not encryption. Site administrators and database backups may still access the stored notes. The plugin does not provide team sharing, attachments, reminders or cloud synchronization. If you need a shared editorial handbook, use a shared document with suitable access controls instead.
