Most n8n templates for sale online have never run a single production execution. They're generated, listed, and never imported by their own author. We've taken the opposite route: this week we packaged eight workflows that run (or ran) daily in our own content and commerce operation and put them up for sale — node graphs, error handling, documentation sticky notes and all.
What's actually in the catalog
Three WordPress operations workflows we run on our own sites: a weekly broken-link checker with the HEAD-then-GET retry logic that avoids false positives from Amazon and CDNs, a Monday content-health monitor scoring freshness, depth and visuals, and a content decay detector that flags posts sliding toward ranking loss.
A Stripe revenue monitor that checks your balance and new charges every six hours and only speaks up when there's something to report. A payment-to-delivery pipeline — the exact fulfillment flow behind one of our own paid digital products. And three content-distribution workflows, from a $29 daily orchestrator up to the multi-site pipeline controller we use as a daily control plane.
Why “production-tested” matters for automation templates
A workflow that has processed real webhooks for months encodes decisions a fresh template can't: which API calls need retry logic, where a politeness delay prevents rate-limiting, which Stripe webhook events actually matter, what the error path should do at 3 AM. That operational residue is the product. Every listing states plainly what you need to bring (n8n version, credentials, your own endpoints where relevant) — no template pretends to be turnkey when it's an orchestrator.
Where to get them
Individually on AutomationWorkflows.io ($29–59 each), or as a complete 8-workflow vault on Gumroad ($149). If you'd rather deploy a whole agent workforce than a single workflow, the same shop publishes the Hermes Fleet agent-workforce kit.
Disclosure: these are our own products — links go to our storefronts.
